Delivery

Standard Delivery

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Orders placed under our Standard Delivery option will be delivered within a maximum of 5-7 working days and in many cases will be delivered sooner. This is a guide only and is not subject to any warranty or condition.
Goods are usually dispatched either by parcel or pallet carrier depending on size of order and will require signing for at time of delivery.

Faster Delivery (Express, Panic and Same Day)

Orders placed requiring one of our faster delivery options incur a surcharge either displayed in a new pricing matrix given by selecting the appropriate turnaround option in the drop down menu or if no drop down menu option a faster delivery option is shown at the checkout where a price uplift will be shown. You can expect to receive your order within the stated number of working days from the time the acknowledgement was sent.
The first working day commences on the working day a print ready PDF file is received by us provided it is received before 11.00am on that working day. If received after 11.00am then the first working day will commence the following working day.

Should we fail to deliver within the promised time then the surcharge will be refunded. This is the limit of our liability.
In addition to the price of the products, you will have to pay a nominal delivery charge, which will be as stated when you pay for the product unless you elect to “collect from store” in which case delivery charges will not apply.

Non-Delivery

Please notify us by email to sales@johnewright.com within 10 working days if you have not received your order. We will investigate the claim with the carrier and respond to you as soon as possible. For Express and Panic delivery please notify us after 5 working days

Damaged Goods

Any shortages or damages to your goods need reporting immediately by email to sales@johnewright.com. Failure to notify us within 3 working days will invalidate any claim that you may have.

Problems with orders

The easiest way of letting us know about a problem is to notify us by email to sales@johnewright.com. We will be happy to assist you with any query you may have and will respond to your query as quickly as possible.
